To customers who had paid by cash and Octopus card in the same transaction between 15 and 23 January 2018 at Arome, we regret to inform you that you were overcharged due to a computer system technical issue. The total number of transactions affected was 305, and the total amount was $8,224.8.

Affected transactions: Payment by Cash and Octopus card in the same transaction (transactions paid by Octopus only were not affected)
Affected period: 15 to 23 January 2018
Refund arrangement: When the affected cardholder comes to any of our Arome outlets and uses Octopus for payment or enquires about the previous purchase, we will refund the overcharged amount immediately
